Helping us get off to a good start was the CV Show held at the NEC in Birmingham over 9th-11th April. As the largest commercial vehicle show held in the UK, this was a great opportunity for us to introduce our new AquaWhale which, as we had anticipated, went down a storm.

Since then, we’ve been touring a number of regional Water, Sewerage and Waste events, which we will continue to do throughout the remainder of the year as these are a great place to showcase our latest developments and meet with local customers.

Also on our agenda was APSE in Aviemore. Previously affected by the weather, this year was not much different, however we took a stand indoors this year. This was then followed by the PAWRS Show in Paignton. As expected with so called British summertime, the heavens opened on us once again, but we didn’t let that dampen our spirits and the event proved a success overall.

See our ‘Postcards from Paignton’ below for a taste of the event in pictures.

Next up was the Londonderry Garage Show in Northallerton. Always a highlight on our show calendar, last year bad weather unfortunately caused it to be postponed until October. Thankfully this year the sun shone down on us and it turned out to be a great event – as you can see from the photos!

Following this, on September 11th-12th we’ll be exhibiting at two shows. For the two days we’ll be at the DTX Exhibition in Cheltenham which is run by Drain Trader. If you’re coming along, make sure you drop by for a chat with one of our sales team. We’ll have our latest equipment developments on display and will be on hand to discuss any area of parts and service with you. Also on the 12th we’ll be present at the next Water, Sewerage and Waste exhibition at the Matford Centre in Exeter, so if you’re down that area instead, come along and see our parts team.

Our updated show calendar for the remainder of the year can be found here.

Postcards from Paignton

The rain wasn’t the only thing that was steady at the recent PAWRS exhibition down in Paignton. The annual Plant and Waste Recycling Show attracted its usual high quality visitor profile down at Torbay, which meant that trade was steady despite the typically British seaside weather. Here’s some postcards from Paignton giving a taster of Whale’s presence at the Exhibition in mid June.
