WhaleCARE

service-1 Pioneered by Whale, the WhaleCARE programme is a unique maintenance proposition within the waste and cleaning industries. Established as a fixed price maintenance service, customers know costs in advance and can budget accordingly. Being a field-based operation, service and maintenance can be carried out at a customer’s premises and to suit flexible vehicle and equipment scheduling.

Each programme is specifically tailored, the customer being assured that components and equipment are tested in accordance with the approved maintenance schedule, with any necessary remedial work being undertaken to minimise downtime. Most importantly, the WhaleCARE service ensures that all equipment is fully compliant with current legislative requirements.

WhaleINSPECTION

Whale Tankers is the largest independent waste tanker inspection body in the UK. With over twenty inspection engineers, supported by a team of analytical engineers and headed by a Chartered Engineer, some 2000 onsite inspections are carried out annually.

Inspection WhaleINSPECTION is accredited by UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) for their full range of inspection body services for non-hazardous tankers, including performing tank tests and the authoring, reviewing and approval of written schemes, as required under the Pressure System Safety Regulations (PSSR).

They are also a DfT (Department for Transport) appointed body in relation to the inspection of ADR (adopted in the UK in 2004) and previous ‘old tanks’ (L19 ACOP) for hazardous tankers, as well as for the issue of interim and periodic TC3 certification.

WhaleINSPECTION provides a comprehensive range of high quality services to ensure customer’s tankers meet all current legislative requirements, and operates independently from Whale Tankers established service operation.

MYWhaleFLEET
