Pioneered by Whale, the WhaleCARE programme is a unique maintenance proposition within the waste and cleaning industries. Established as a fixed price maintenance service, customers know costs in advance and can budget accordingly. Being a field-based operation, service and maintenance can be carried out at a customer’s premises and to suit flexible vehicle and equipment scheduling.
Each programme is specifically tailored, the customer being assured that components and equipment are tested in accordance with the approved maintenance schedule, with any necessary remedial work being undertaken to minimise downtime.
MYWhaleFleet is a secure web-based service designed to assist customers in managing their vehicle fleet online, giving them access to valuable fleet data and important regulatory and legislative information. Suitable for all customer vehicles, any type and any manufacturer, MYWhaleFLEET has powerful search and reporting facilities. Having located vehicle and chassis information, the user can then drill down into the site using a series of sections, each of which provides a wealth of information that covers manuals, certificates, technical information, service, spares, tank tests and WhaleCARE.
