WHALE’S KING OF RECYCLERS SET TO TRANSFORM PAWRS

Posted by Tim Pile - June 22nd, 2011

PAWRS – the Plant and Waste Recycling Show – includes a unique vehicle this year, Whale Tankers’ KAISERWhale continuous dirty water recycler sewer cleaning vehicle. Amongst this year’s exhibits at the show – stand no: N4 – is the largest and most sophisticated KAISERWhale ever produced by Whale – the Midlands-based specialist manufacturer to the waste and cleaning industries.

Developed by Whale Tankers in technical partnership with Kaiser AG – the acknowledged leader in water recycling equipment in Europe – the KAISERWhale will stay onsite continuously recycling the dirty water removing the need to stop work to fill up with clean water. This ability significantly improves operating efficiency, proving it really is the King of its species.

Whale Tankers’ customer, Hydro-Cleansing of Surrey – the south’s leading specialists in environmental waste solutions – has specified a vehicle that is as progressive and forward thinking as the company itself. Truly multi-functional, versatile and although spectacularly sophisticated, thanks to the Whale integrated CAN-BUS/PLC logic operating system it is simple to operate. The KAISERWhale has fast become the leading dirty water recycler here in the UK.

Commenting on behalf of Whale Tankers, Managing Director Mark Warmington said: “Visitors to PAWRS will not only be able to feast their eyes on a vehicle that is a true showstopper, they will also get the chance to meet Kaiser AG’s Regional Sales Director, Volker Stark. Representing the strength of Whale’s technical partnership that exists between Whale and Kaiser AG, he will be present on the Whale stand for the duration of this year’s show. As for the Hydro-Cleansing KAISERWhale, not only is the technology behind it truly cutting edge, there is no vehicle of its type in this country that comes close in terms of operational capability.”

The man behind the operation of the KAISERWhale, Hydro-Cleansing’s Managing Director, Steve Hoad commented: “What better place to showcase such a stunningly visual and technologically advanced commercial vehicle than at PAWRS. Visitors to the show will get the chance to witness the arrival of a bespoke vehicle that has the capability of undertaking any task that it is presented within our industry. We have big plans for the vehicle and are confident that it will play a pivotal role in helping enhance our reputation for investing in the most effective and modern equipment available.

“I would like to give my personal thanks to everyone at Whale and Hydro-Cleansing who have been involved with this vehicle. I am convinced that team at Whale are the only people capable of taking on this project. It is a true testament to the innovation that exists in the UK engineering and manufacturing sectors,” he added.
