Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Once fully skilled £33,700 per annum. Start rate dependent on experience

Job Description:
Your responsibilities will be:
- Carrying out welding repairs
- Servicing both Whale and Non Whale vehicles
- Repairs to both Whale and non Whale vehicles
- Completion of paperwork in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities for additional work and reporting this
- Maintaining a clean, organized and productive work area
- Adhere, and work, to Health and Safety regulations
Job Requirements:
Essential
- A background in welding is essential
- Ability to drive is essential
- The ability to manage your own time
- Knowledge and experience working with commercial vehicles, plant machinery / HGV vehicles
- Be of a practical and decisive nature with the ability to use common sense when reviewing issues
- Have the desire to learn on a daily basis
- Be a good problem solver with the ability to see an issue to its end
- The ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
Desirable
- An engineering background including knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic and electric
circuits

Job Description:
Your responsibilities will be:
- Working in the main production area building our tankers
- Pipe welding in both Mild Steel and Stainless Steel
- Fabrication
- Chassis fitting
- Maintaining a clean, organised and productive work area
- Adhering, and working, to Health and Safety regulations
- Full training will be given to the right individual
Job Requirements:
Essential:
- Background working in a production
- environment particularly body building
- Basic hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge
- Ability to read drawings
- Being mechanically minded
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to use your own initiative
Desirable:
- Mild Steel and Stainless Steel Mig welding experience
- Experience in both light and heavy gauge welding
- Fabrication and fitting skills
- Forklift truck and overhead crane licence
