Job Description

The role will include: –

  • Working in the tank house manufacturing our tankers
  • Welding in both Mild Steel and Stainless Steel
  • Fabrication
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and productive work area
  • Adhering, and working, to Health and Safety regulations
  • Full training will be given to the right individual

Job Requirements

A Background in the majority of the following areas:

  • Background working in a production environment is an advantage
  • Forklift truck and overhead crane licence an advantage
  • Mild Steel and Stainless Steel Fluxcord Mig welding experience is essential
  • Experience in both light and heavy gauge welding is desirable
  • Pipe welding experience is desirable
  • Ability to weld thickness 4mm – 10mm
  • Ability to read drawings
  • Ability to use your own initiative
  • Fabrication and fitting skills is desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to pass multiple welder qualifications in various materials

  • Starting salary is between £24,000 – £28,000 dependent on skills and experience with the ability to progress to £32,000

Job Description

We are seeking a hardworking applicant with a positive can do attitude who is willing to learn and in return will be provided with on the job training.

The role will include: –

  • Working in the main production area learning how to build our tankers
  • Pipe welding
  • Basic fabrication
  • Chassis fitting
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and productive work area
  • Adhering, and working, to Health and Safety regulations
  • Full training will be given to the right individual

Job Requirements

  • An interest in engineering
  • Forklift truck and overhead crane licence an advantage
  • Mig welding experience would be an advantage
  • Ability to use your own initiative
  • Fabrication and fitting skills are desirable
  • Being mechanically minded is essential
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Although the main function of the role is based on the above there will be some flexibility in needing to work in other areas

  • Starting salary is dependent on skills and experience but would be approximately £16,500 – £17,000

Job Description

  • Managing the Maintenance team
  • Manage subcontractors including cleaners and grounds maintenance
  • Review risk assessments
  • Review insurance documentation
  • Conduct site inductions
  • Manage the planned maintenance schedule
  • Produce orders
  • Agree payment terms and costs
  • Estate Management

Job Requirements

A Background in the majority of the following areas:

  • To have an interest in Maintenance but not required to be technically skilled
  • Organised
  • Meticulous
  • Problem Solver
  • Computer Literate including spreadsheets and databases
  • Previous experience of people management
  • Negotiation skills
  • Interest in Health and Safety
