ADR Regulations

The carriage of hazardous waste within Europe are covered by ADR regulations which were mandatory in the UK from 2002 and replaced domestic legislation. Under ADR regulations, which are related to the carriage of products defined as dangerous goods, a vacuum tanker must be designed accordingly to the material it is intended to carry.
